Mantra (2021)

Eleven artists are documented as a meditation, representing the meditative state many artists experience while making art. The characters are not the ones who undergo changes, but the audience itself as it is brought deeper and deeper into a trance-like state while seeking insight into a universal truth found throughout. We are invited to peer behind the sacred curtains of when an artist is alone in pure freedom to create, unencumbered by what others might think while in mid-progress, in a quiet oneness with their work and their own self by means of expression.
