The sudden death of a Thai farmhand leads to tension between a farmer, Zvi, and his son, Erez, as the two strongly disagree on the cause. Zvi's theory is rooted in Asian folklore, which describes the occurrence of a sleep from which young men never wake. Erez dismisses his father's explanation as a fantastical excuse made to shirk personal responsibility. As Zvi continues to act as if it has nothing to do with him, Erez realizes for the first time that he will have to confront his father. (Inspired by true events) "Since 2008, Israeli employers and authorities conveniently rushed to attribute the deaths of about 40 Thai foreign workers to the "Sudden Unexplained Nocturnal Death Syndrome", as if it was an act of God."
