House Appraisal (2021)

With the real estate market in high demand in Mango Park, Larry is hoping to sell his home for a very nice profit. When the inspector comes to appraise his home, Larry initially receives some good news. Then after Larry meets with the inspector, he suddenly backtracks on his initial appraisal and gives him an estimated price well below the expected range.
