In Distil Your World London, The Macallan whisky maker and the Roca brothers explore London from an array of perspectives (food, culture, innovation, arts...) to find out their own vision of London. In their search of an unknown London, they will encounter with Londoners who are experts in different fields to get a different perspective of the city. Back in Girona, at El Celler de Can Roca Restaurant, they hold a creative session to extract the very essence of London, develop new The Macallan whiskies, and create a unique experiential sensory pairing that will be served at some of the most iconic bars in London. This represents the ultimate expression of London's essence, through the lens of the Roca brothers and The Macallan.
