One Drop (2022)

A pacifist who lashes out in aggression, a minimalist who bathes in excess, an anarchist who was breastfed until age 15 - the enigmatic Xander is the "now" artist of Denmark's 21st-century cultural renaissance. The only catch? Xander has never actually completed a work of art. In "One Drop" we find Xander in his studio with only twelve hours remaining to deliver a commission for the Queen of Denmark's 80th birthday jubilee. By his side is his dutiful intern Oliver and his emotional therapy snake Leroy - a White Mamba poisonous enough to kill a hundred men with just one bite. Despite having two years to deliver his art, Xander is drowning in his maddening pursuit of perfection - incapable of completing the work for which he has already been paid a EUR2 million Euro commission. With the hours ticking down, will Xander deliver his long-awaited masterpiece ... or be uncovered as a fraud?
