Flight of the Birds

In this new world, post World War IV, technology as we know it ceases to exist. Military and governments have been disbanded with only remnant communities rising up to survive this new way of life. While Franklin is in search of an upper hand, he is captured, vetted, and tortured. In the midst of his imprisonment he notices something that answers all his questions.
