Soldiers Without Guns (2019)

A David and Goliath story of a Pacific Island people rising up against the largest mining corporation in the world. The war climaxed with a military coup and on-going fractional fighting which seemed impossible to stop. Unstoppable until the NZ army choose to enter the war, but instead to taking guns they took guitars. This story follows the riveting journey of unarmed peacekeepers arriving in the chaos of war. Political assassinations, dead threats, twists and turns more powerful than a Hollywood epic but its all captured on newsreels super 8 camera. Against all odds, Goliath was conquered not by force but with music and love. This is a story of hope in a world at war.
