In the middle of tropical rainforest, Watsy literally navigates between two worlds: every morning he sails from his Maroon village to guide tourists from the resort. Watsy is often late for work and behaves as a cheerful clown. What he takes very seriously is the tradition that rests on him: he tries to court the beautiful Amelia according to an ancient protocol, with strict rules. The same tradition prescribes that you marry at least two women. Unfortunately, Watsy has picked up Western ideas about romantic love.
