Anyám lánya (My mother's daughter) (2018)

"My Mother's Daughter" is an operetta film, a famous stage actress (Gitta), who is willing to take on a role in a current piece only if she can be credibly shaped in life. So she can try to play in one piece as a mother and daughter of herself, and go out to the street at the same time, in a role and costume, to find out if people recognize her. But when she tries her role, she encounters her mysteriously gone former husband (Richard) who doesn't recognize her and Gitta calls him to a carnival ball where the play continues. The new love story stained with humor, with beautiful songs, re-sharpens this forgotten beautiful genre.
