In 1228 the town of Hodonín was officially mentioned for the first time in the history books, although the castle probably stood in the city since the 11th century. The city has been here for almost a thousand years and has a very fascinating history. From the foundation of the city, through all wars, to World War II, to the Velvet Revolution and the present, Joey Maguire (Narrator) will take you through it all, with his unforgettable voice. We will look at the hometown of Tomas Garigue Masaryk, talk to the locals, introduce you to life in a small town in South Moravia, and enchant you with shots from the surrounding villages and nature.
