Mind Out of Time

The earth is confronted with the arrival of a a mysterious alien object in space that causes an increasingly important amnesia, and thus a mental regression of mankind. As civilization collapses, groups of top scientists and expert military men attempt to save what's left of humanity. A brilliant woman cybernetics scientist then conceives Charlie, the last hope.
