Drogheda's Trad Roots (2018)

A feature documentary covering some of Drogheda's most important and historic stories of people that were involved in shaping our town's local Traditional Culture and Heritage over the last one hundred years. The focus of this film was to emphasise current attitudes in the town toward Native Irish Culture compared with times past when it was viewed as very uncool, unlike today. Showcasing the age range involved in Trad today while capturing some memories that many may not have heard before, Drogheda's Trad Roots is a journey through time that debates how important Traditional Irish Culture is in Ireland's largest modern 21st Century town.
