The Odd Man's Journey (2019)

Sanea Johanson, a socially awkward schizophrenic, has always felt there was more to her diagnosis than mental illness. In a vivid plantation era hallucination, manifestations of horrific medical experiments on enslaved black women connects her to a dark and overwhelming entity. She ups her meds, but this growing presence aggressively invades her psyche like nothing she's ever experienced. A battle for her sanity ensues and the true nature of her anomaly is revealed.
