Clowns! Under Fire

After a series of 'scary clown' sightings, a young girl decides to go out 'clown hunting.' When she disappears, the citizen's blame the clowns and demand action. The city's paranoid Mayor, unable to find any scary clowns to arrest, deems all forms of clowning to be illegal. Unfortunately, no one told the real clowns. Sloppy, Pockets, Giggles, Dr Skribbelz and Sparkles find themselves on the run not only from the police, but from rival entertainers who decide to carve out parts of clown territory for themselves.
