Rosalyn (2019)

Rosalyn is about the fears, emotions and anxieties that arise with pregnancy. Our central character, Rose, feels threatened by, and resentful of, the volatility of her own body. Our story focuses on Rose experiencing the physical and psychological responsibilities of pregnancy. We witness Rose's struggle as she begins to question her purpose, her identity and her self-worth as an individual; it is not what Rose is carrying that we fear but the emotions and experiences that she goes through, which gradually manifest into a disgusting creature that no one would ever want to face.
