Childhood trauma due to being left by her father makes it hard for Nafisya(Natasha Rizki) to believe in men. But since childhood, she has a feeling for Jidan (Andi Arsyil), her old neighbor. She always hoped for Jidan's proposal. But Jidan instead proposes Salsya (Merdi Octav), Nafisya's sister, who is a doctor. Nafisya is heartbroken but doesn't want to say anything. Nafisya knew that it was impossible to hurt her sister. Accidentally Nafisya met Alif (Miller Khan) in an accident. Nafisya tried to save a little girl who was a victim, but it was Alif who turned out to be a doctor trying to take over Nafisya 's good intentions. Without her knowing, Alif is brought Nafisya 's cell phone. Inevitably their meeting could not be avoided. Especially when she found out that Alif suddenly became one of the substitute lecturers on his campus. Image of Alif as a doctor with a cold and firm character always overshadows Nafisya and it makes her upset. Not infrequently, Alif often makes Nafisya ashamed in front of her friends.
