This short story tells the tale of a young woman facing debilitating challenges in her life until she succumbs to her depression hitting rock bottom and being drove to a suicide attempt that lands her in the hospital. There, a caring nurse whose faced and conquered similar challenges as the young woman shares with her a game changing life hack called, The Cheat C.O.D.E.S. (Control Over Depression Empowerment Strategies) created by The Mental Health Cypher podcast. Breaking the 4th wall, the young woman in turns shares her new found wisdom with the audience through a free audio podcast and e-book to help those dealing with depression through the ancient wisdom of Alchemy that's been hidden in plain sight for years.
