Leaves for the Moon (2018)

Maya is a little girl who goes to enjoy the company of her friend Sylvia after getting irritated with her parents. Sylvia is a woman in her 40s who runs a book store and cafe. Maya asks Sylvia to tell her a story. The story is set in a forest and is about the friendship between two leaves. Through telling the story it is revealed that the story is actually a metaphor of an incident in Sylvia's life when she fell in love for a man half her age. Against all odds, they had live together happily until Sylvia detects signs that her partner wants a child. Her perspective on their relationship changed permanently but taught her a valuable lesson which she passes on to Maya.
