Death in Rome (2019)

Will had never settled down until now and Sian might be the one. Unfortunately, their romantic break in Rome is interrupted when Lucy, a previous one, bumps into them with her new boyfriend Callum. And to top it all off, there's a dead body in their hotel room. Will knows he didn't kill anyone, so who did? And why? And did they have to do it in his room? When he finds out what's really going on, Will may have to fight for his life the only way he knows how: hotel pillow chocolates and bedroom acrobatics.
