Rumbo al Mar (2020)

"Rumbo al mar" is the story of Julio (Santiago Bal) who, after being diagnosed with a few weeks of life, decides to undertake one last and epic adventure. Specifically, what Julio wants is for his son Marcos (Federico Bal) - an eternal immature with whom he always had a distant relationship - to take him on his motorcycle to fulfill his great frustrated desire: to know the sea, so far from the Tucuman where they live. Although this absurd idea meets, for quite different reasons, with the strong opposition of Marcos and Laura (Anita Martínez) - Julio's daughter, the perfect one, who did everything based on parental desires and frustrations - a series of events precipitates the decision to launch into that challenge that seems as risky as it is impossible. As expected by Julio's delicate state of health, the journey is not easy or smooth. This situation deepens because Julio takes advantage of the trip to retrace his life, closing other pending subjects of his youth. In the end, an unexpected turn discovers that things were very different from what they seemed.
