98 Seconds

"98 Seconds" centers on three women of color, Jennifer, Sidney, and Nancy, seemingly innocent girls who throw a house party to catch Billy, a guy with a reputation of predatory actions toward women. Instead, they wind up with Freddy, a friend of Jennifer's who claims to be a "nice guy" but who shows his true colors when he tries to assault Jennifer. Only then is it revealed that the whole party has been a setup to catch men who enact violence towards women. These girls believe that society does little to nothing to stop men like these, a reality which has turned the girls into psychopaths. As a result they take matters into their own hands and Billy and Freddy reap the consequences.
