There is a bloody nose in the shower and a scene where a girl's skin is peeled off. An eyeball is torn off as well. There are also scenes with self harm.
A girl peels her face and head off to reveal a wood nymph inside of the shell of the girl. This is neither relaistic or particularly gory as it would be in real-life. Essentially it is the climax of the film highlighting the practical special effects. It's more phantasmagorical than frightening.
Several instances of relatively tame violence: a young man hits a small girl and knocks her to the ground; a young woman beats a young man with a shovel but does not seriously injure him, an entity from the forest drives claws part way into a young man's temples as blood pours out.
