The world faces many challenges, conflicts, inequality, deadly intolerance and various security threats, both from terrorism, racism, extremism, as well as violence and discrimination. Willingness to tackle challenges and threats that transcend national borders requires global cooperation in the framework of repression and prevention. At the same time, efforts are needed to ensure an increase in the value of tolerance, promote preventive diplomacy, and support regional and global youth initiatives.
