Los Angeles 1932, prohibition is at an end and rival gangs battle for every last profit. A Priest, conflicted with Catholic doctrine, stands against gang and political corruption with the threat of losing his faith and life in the process. A dancer leaves her beliefs for dreams of Broadway while confronting her love for the Priest. A gang boss is persistent in killing the Priest and winning the love of the dancer.
