Tass and Hadrian, two people in different parts of the world, have a leaning towards magical thinking. They meet on a website dedicated to paranormal phenomena, and fall in love. But several years after their first meeting, their relationship has turned sour and they can't stop arguing. They seek help from an unorthodox relationship counsellor who gives them some surprising but unhelpful advice. Their decision to follow this advice sets off a chain of events, leading Tass and Hadrian to discover a group of people who may or may not possess a kind of secret knowledge.
