On the morning of September 11th, 2001, Frankie O' Hara is a rookie cop coming to terms with the death of his father. In a boxing gym under a Manhattan Pub, he spars against a young Muslim cadet, and listens as his father's partner, Detective O'Neill remembers an NYPD hero.
