To obtain her dream job in a corporate environment, a hard-working woman must first tick box an equality and diversity monitoring form, which she's not keen on. Why should her background be used as a factor towards her employability? Her manager couldn't agree more; the problem is, he has to be seen to be probing her for her ethnicity, or he'll be sacked.
