Wild Men (2021)

No nudity or sex. Some sexual content in dialogue. While a car passenger, a very pregnant wife complains to her driving husband about him recently masturbating while she was brushing her teeth. She goes to complain about them not having sex for three months.

A sudden, violent collision occurs between a car and an elk; this stuns all three passengers who are covered with blood to varying degrees. The driver gets out and removes a piece of metal embedded in his thigh; the wound is bleeding.

Two hitchhikers stop a car and then forcefully take it over, ejecting the passengers; their faces are covered with blood and are evidently the car passengers involved in the earlier car/elk crash.
