The Hungry Wolves (1991)

An employee thinks of robbing his office's safe to solve his financial problems and return it afterwards. The night of the robbery, he witnesses a murder over in an opposite window. Events roll in a way that only his testimony can reveal the truth, so he hesitates but finally overcomes his hesitation.
