Reflectie (2019)

Daan seems to have his life together. He runs a successful art gallery in Amsterdam and has a rich social life. But under that exterior he struggles with his self-image. He hates who he is and can't be alone with himself without getting depressed. To cope with this, he finds refuge in every aspect of his hectic life. But when he has a heavy confrontation with himself during the opening of his latest exposition, he decides that something has to be done. He leaves the city and hides far away in the woods, and forces himself to make a self-portrait to really look himself in the eye.
