Hyperthermia (2020)

Two young women, Abby and Bernice, are traveling in a car, on their way to a horror convention. They notice some clothes on the side of the road and Bernice is reminded of hyperthermia, the opposite of hypothermia, wherein people exposed to extreme heat often become crazy. As they discuss whether or not to search the desert for whoever owns the clothes, the car suddenly stops working. A mysterious supernatural entity watches them from afar, waiting to strike.
