Krauses Umzug (2020)

Ever since his sister Elsa had an attack of dementia, Krause has employed the young cook Paula in his inn. She runs the shop well and her son Timo now goes to the local school. Elsa lives with her school friend Lubo in Pomerania and visits her siblings every few weeks. It's time to say goodbye again, because Elsa and Lubo are traveling back to their old homeland. That's when Meta's wanderlust gets the better of her, after all Elsa is well taken care of and the mobile home is gathering dust in the barn. But her husband Rudi wants to stay with his new friend Krause. This leads to the first tangible marital dispute with his beloved Meta. Meanwhile, Paula also makes an unhappy impression, because her relationship with Timo's father Sven is an eternal and grueling up and down. Krause thinks: Paula needs a man. And with Timo's help he starts a ruse. Because Mayor Stübner has his eye on the pretty Paula - but there is resistance. Krause has to bring the family back together and help make Paula happy - two not exactly small challenges for the likeable Brandenburger.
