Sunny, a constantly stoned screenwriter, talks his commercial-actor friend, Parker, into getting them a meeting with a corrupted big-budget film director named Chris Shore, hoping to get money for a feature film Sunny thinks he can make and finally make their lives profound. Chris's offer, however, catapults them both into a dark world they didn't anticipate.
