The Evil Within (2014)

We open with Amanda, motivating herself and getting ready. She shaves her legs, applies lipstick and chants inspirational affirmations. She is getting ready a meeting with a Sony Manager. What hangs in the line of fire is her contract, will it get renewed or will she be rejected? We see Sony Manger (played by Terry Serio) come in with a nervous energy. Amanda interprets it as rejection and we see a few things go wrong and with that, her inner critic, grow stronger. At the end, we come to learn that Song Manager has a huge crush on Amanda and that explains his nervous energy. Amanda was wrong and completely misinterpreted the situation. She sings along with Song Manager and re-signs her contract.
