Paul Koretz and LA City Council recognize Richard Eastman who has outlived a terminal diagnosis of AIDS and has been determined undetectable more than 25 years later. #HonoringRichardEastman recognizes contributions to the increased quality of life for all living with HIV and/or AIDS #HonoringRichardEastman.
