Orientation (2022)

A rich man's volatile net worth and electrocardiogram play out until the moment of his death. Everything from his lifetime zeroes out. He arrives in the hereafter, disoriented, stark naked, and immobilized. The administrator arrives through a portal and provides his orientation. All while his soul uploads into the system. The rich man regains his ambulatory functions and lashes out at the admin. He soon realizes his state as a disembodied soul. He latches an escape through Admin's open portal, but Admin reverses the portal. It spits him back out from where he entered. Shaken, the rich man questions the nature and reality of this place. With the admin's work complete, he exits through the portal and leaves the rich man with those who, too, share his fate. ORIENTATION explores the question: What awaits in the hereafter?
