Öppna dörrar (2020)

A middle-aged woman unhappy with her self-image finds her vacation turned upside down when her son brings along his young, new girlfriend. Years ago, Anita, a middle-aged, privileged woman made the choice to be a stay-at-home mum. The choice felt right at the time, but now when the kids are moved out, she feels trapped in a stereotyped mother role without enjoying its benefits. The story explores an uncomfortable situation following Anita's mid-life-crisis, exposing feelings of shame and family loyalty.
