The Washing Machine (2020)

Alicia the older of the two sisters, takes on the mother role and raises her little sister Gabi. Their father is an abusive, alcoholic and gambling absent father. Alicia and Gabi decide to create a fantasy world to escape their problems when their father is drinking and partying in their home. Alicia doesn't like school and uses the time in class to draw these elaborate pictures of their fantasy world. The washing machine door is the portal that takes them to this fantasy world were they can escape all of their problems.
