Ayu dances every day to earn a living and earn more school fees. Agus lives by picking pockets. And, Laras works as an umbrella taxi and peddler. Living in a marginal social environment unites them. The three struggle daily to live without ever dreaming of anything more. As adults, they meet again at the place they promised.
