Review of the District Court's verdict of not guilty of the accused, former Gothenburg police chief Håkan Jaldung, concerning the riots and the police activities at the EU meeting in Gothenburg in the summer of 2001. The verdict: The Court of Appeal finds, on the basis of the foregoing, that Håkan Jaldung has neither committed willful nor negligent wrongdoing in the prosecution. The charge against him must therefore be rejected, which means that the district court's decision must be determined.
