Mary!Mary!Mary! (2020)

Mike Sommerville and Laura Romano, a filmmaker and a professor, arrive in a Midlands town to carry out research into the death of Mary Ward. Mary Ward was a renowned scientist and in 1869 became the first person the world to die in a car accident. Mike and Laura are met by two strange B&B owners and a man who forewarns them about a curse that has plagued the area and caused the death of Mary Ward. As they investigate further and explore the town Mike begins to feel a sense of unease and tries to convince Laura that perhaps they should abandon their research. Laura is skeptical and believes the curse is made up. They continue their research but with fatal consequences.
