Boohwal (Renaissance) (2020)

Kyu-Jong, a reserved, persistent businessman, should be feeling on top of the world with his acclaimed status in his career, but struggles with depression due to the broken dynamic within his family. Yearning to rid himself of torment inside of him and to find purpose in life, he attends a program where participants act out a mock funeral service for themselves, involving writing final testaments and lying down inside coffins. While inside of the coffin, the coffin mysteriously transforms into a portal to his distorted familial memories, allowing him to travel through time and space. By revisiting these memories, he is forced to realize his mistakes as a father and as a husband and rediscover his purpose in life.
