Dhairesingh Dhorandhar Managing Director of a company goes missing and is accused of 50 Lakh fraud which shocks the Board Of Directors of his company.CBI Inspector Chatursen comes to investigate his missing case and finds that Dhairesingh was a drunkard and womanizer.Dr Vandana who takes charge as the Doctor in factory of Dhairesingh finds that he was a big hearten and honest person and helped the needy.Chatursen and Vandana at first mistaken each other but they team up to find about truth of Dhairesingh.Vandana plants a microphone in Chairman Appasaheb's fractured hand to hear conversations between board members. But it feels strange that nobody is discussing about their missing Managing Director so Vandana comes with an idea to get his lookalike in his place whose none other then actor Ashok Saraf.
