Fitful Night

Alice, a young crime writer, suffering from sleep disorder recently breaks up with her boyfriend and moves to a remote town where two teenage girls were murdered and one missing 15 years ago. The tragic story interests her, so she begins to investigate it. Coincidentally, the house Alice rents is the one that the missing girl used to live. One evening, a man claims to be landlord's nephew walks in. He shows Alice a photo featuring himself with the missing girl (presumably his cousin) and another young boy who is convicted of murder. The photo motivates Alice to find more about the case from this sudden drop-in stranger, so she lets him stay overnight. But what he tells her far more than expected and eventually leads to an irreversible journey of death.
