Elephant Steps (2024)

A fire destroys a village in the Ivory Coast, separating young Yaya from his jungle home and selling him into the horrible world of child slavery on the cocoa plantations. His dream is to become a hero like Drogba, escape this web of exploitation and return to his homeland. With the help of a UN agent and an American scientist, Yaya embarks on a fight against the system that sustains this industry, determined to confront those who enrich themselves at the cost of his freedom.
