#Stay: A Mental Health Awareness Film (2020)

Dónal is at a crossroads in life facing some very dark times and chaos in his brain, he fears reaching out for help from others for fear of what they will think because his mental health is not great due to a variety of issues, we don't know if it is addiction, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety or something else that is causing him pain and suffering, but the stigma of speaking to someone is clear, he must face his demons head-on and take the first brave step to talk to someone and not face his problems alone. In the end, despite believing he is all alone, his family and friends prove to him he is anything but.
