Storyline:  Based on the novel by Diana Wynne Jones, this animated film follows an orphan girl, Earwig, who loves living at St. Morwald's Orphanage. One day, she is adopted by a witch and a demon pair and when she moves into her new home, Earwig decides to use her wits to assert herself in her new home environment. A Studio Ghibli film directed by Goro Miyazaki that combines hand-drawn elements with digital animation, a charming tale that includes plenty of magic and humor.
