Earwig and the Witch (2020)

Based on the novel by Diana Wynne Jones, this animated film follows an orphan girl, Earwig, who loves living at St. Morwald's Orphanage. One day, she is adopted by a witch and a demon pair and when she moves into her new home, Earwig decides to use her wits to assert herself in her new home environment. A Studio Ghibli film directed by Goro Miyazaki that combines hand-drawn elements with digital animation, a charming tale that includes plenty of magic and humor.
