Presumed Dead (2021)

An unknown girl is rushed to a hospital on the final night of operation, and pronounced dead on the operating table. Hours later, she seeks revenge on those who were unable - or unwilling - to save her. With key parts of the hospital shutting down, a group of staff must find a way to escape.
