Ek Battey Do (2020)

The film is based on a tribal family of Jharkhand rural area where a mother and a father lives their life as farmers and are very poor and they don't have any child incidentally one forest officer who was appointed in their area with his wife were killed by the local smugglers with that any how their daughter who was sleeping in the back seat of the vehicle survived as smugglers didn't know about her and this tribal couple found the girl who is not like them in appearance as she is fair and with good cloths so finally this family adapted the girl and aim for her the better education in English medium school of Ranchi city. This was very difficult but they succeeded to achieve the goal with many hurdles on their way and in last the adapted girl when grows up she also achieved a biggest platform to become a IAS officer and further she changed the livings of these tribal. This film has got 2 Awards for woman empowerment in JIFFA awards and Darbhanga state award.
