Glass (2017)

Raha is a young, Iranian PhD student whom attempts to free herself from the constraints of her home country by seeking asylum in Australia. She is met with a series of unfortunate events in the midst of her travels, leading to her death in the shores of Christmas Island, at the hands of the people smugglers whom purposefully drowned the boat of 200 passengers. Raha questions the state of the world, and the importance of all the lives that were lost.
